2017
vintage: Warm winter. Early sprout 17-19
March. Hot spring and summer with high temperatures but constant that caused an
optimal maturation without caused hydric stress. Beginning of harvest on August 30,2017.
Vinification: Clusters selected by hand in the vineyards. Quickly
transported to the winery in 15 kg
crates. The grapes were not destemmed before going into a pneumatic press for a low pressure
pressing. Fermented with its own yeasts and raised on the lees for 11
months in an 800 liter chestnut barrel
(Boteria Torner) and 200 liters in Inox. Bottled with modest levels of SO2 and without
clarification.
Bottled: July 03, 2018(flower day). Aging in bottle for 4 months.
