Soil: granite, on slopes looking towards the river.
2015 vintage: Spring rainy and warm; Dry summer and high but constant temperatures; Early maturation and dry harvest. Harvest held on September 6.
Vinification: Clusters selected by hand in the vineyards. Quickly transported to the winery in 15 kg crates. Foot-trodden in open 600 liter French oak barrels with 100% whole-clusters included. Fermented with wild yeasts in open 600 liter French oak barrels. Raised in used 500 liter French oak for 8 months with no racking. No stabilization or clarification.
