begins dry and final cold-rainy, brudbreak late;
Spring continued cold-rainy and just hot, flowering normal; Summer too cool-wet delayed maturation but August
dry-hot +30° precipitating it in 15 days; Harvest started 9/10 and ended 10/6
of 2018.
Vinification: Clusters
selected by hand in the vineyards. Quickly transported to the winery in 15 kg crates. The grapes were not destemmed before going into a
pneumatic press for a low pressure pressing. Fermented with its own yeasts
,without static settling, at a
controlled temperature and without the use of any additional product apart from
SO2.,
in 1 steel vats 500L. and in 1 barrel of used French oak (2008) of 500 liters
(cooperage Radoux). Batonage weekly for 3 months
and aging on its lees for 9 months until bottling. Bottling without tartaric
stabilization by cold, without clarification, filtered and with modest levels of SO2.
