Plots: Quinta Alto do Coto and Quinta Costa do Beliño. Certified organic farming.
Exposure: Quinta Alto do Coto faces to the south west; Quinta Costa do Beliño faces to the west.
Soil: granitic origin with a significant content of stones and gravel
2015 vintage: Warm spring; hot, dry summer; early maturing. Harvest was held on 24 September.
Vinification: Clusters selected by hand in the vineyards. Quickly transported to the winery in 15 kg crates. Foot-trodden; 100% Whole Cluster; Fermented in 1.500 liters chestnut foudre with long maceration; Raised 8-10 months in used 225 liter French oak.
Bottled: probably in July 2016.Production: 450 liters.
